FAQ's

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact training method that focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and control.
Created by Joseph Pilates, it is practiced on the mat or on equipment such as the Reformer.
Each movement is performed with precision and awareness to strengthen deep muscles, improve alignment, and enhance body balance.
It’s ideal for building long, lean muscles, better posture, and pain-free mobility.

What is the Lagree Method?

The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on the Microformer.
It combines strength, endurance, balance, and cardio in one efficient and safe training method.
Every move is slow and controlled, working the muscles to fatigue for deep results — that’s the famous Lagree shake!
Lagree is perfect if you want to sculpt, tone, and challenge your body while protecting your joints.

What is the difference between Pilates and Lagree?

Both methods focus on control, precision, and mindful movement.
However:

  • Pilates emphasises alignment, breathing, and mobility.

  • Lagree is more intense, targeting muscular endurance and total-body strength.
Combining both creates the ideal balance between strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Do I need experience to join a class?

Not at all! All levels are welcome. Our instructors offer options and modifications to suit your experience and goals.

👉 If you’re new, we recommend starting with a Private Session to learn the fundamentals and gain confidence.
Check out our [Discovery Pack] — the best way to start your Pilates or Lagree journey.

How long are the classes?

Most classes are 50 minutes — the perfect duration for a full, effective workout.
We also offer Express Classes (30 minutes) for a quick, powerful burn when you’re short on time!

What should I bring?

Grip socks (mandatory for safety and hygiene), a towel, water, and comfortable workout clothes. All other equipment is provided in the studio.

How often should I train for results?

We recommend 2–4 sessions per week for visible improvements in strength, posture, and tone.

Can I practice if I’m injured or pregnant?

Yes, in most cases. Please inform your instructor so we can adapt exercises safely. Always consult your doctor for medical clearance.
