Combine the precision & focus of a traditional Mat Pilates workout with high intensity workout. Build strength, balance & coordination while boosting your cardiovascular fitness. Heat Pilates is a functional feel good workout where you can expect to pulse, plank, hold, sweat & repeat!

TONE PILATES
We are taking the Pilates principle off the mat in a standing workout at the barre (or chair). With a focus on working your seat, core & upper body, Tone Pilates will get you to bend, squat, get up, sweat and repeat. Expect some shaking on the way as you feel longer, stronger & more toned.
After booking your class you will receive the link for Zoom 1hrs before the class
