​Be. Pilates Mum to be

  • A gentle and fun whole body workout for you and your changing body by performing safe and effective prenatal Pilates exercices designed specifically for the prenatal period

  • Prenatal classes will evolve as your baby grows and your body changes

  • We will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles but also learning how to release it when labour comes

  • We will also work on your posture, breathing, and ensuring you maintain strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy

  • This class is suitable from the second trimester

  • Mat and equipments provided

  • Session can be as a one to one, duo or small group and last one hour

​Be. Pilates Mum & Baby

  • This class is for you, mums! After the physical demand of the pregnancy, labour and delivery we will reintroduce movement by performing safe and effective postnatal Pilates exercises designed specifically for the postnatal period.

  • Postnatal class will help you regain your strength, shape and energy to take on the challenges and joys of motherhood. Focusing on your pelvic floor and core muscles we will work on strengthening your body from the inside out

  • Your baby is very welcome and can lay on a mat next to you. They won't get the same workout attention as you but are free to do what they feel like. You are also free to stop whenever baby needs a bit more attention or a feed.

  • This class is suitable from six weeks postnatal. 

  • Session can be as a one to one, duo or small group and last one hour

  • Mat and equipments provided

  • This is a work/life balance initiative! Bringing Pilates to your office

  • An office workout for employees that struggle to find the time to exercise or for employers who wants to treat their staffs to a break with a difference that can improve work environment and productivity.

  • A whole body workout that incorporate strengthening and releasing Pilates exercises

  • Any space big enough can be transform into a mobile Pilates studio

  • 45min to one hour class during a lunch break, pre/post work

  • Mat and equipments provided

  • Session can be as a One to One, Duo or Small Group
